What is Curious Kids' Museum? Mission Statement: The Curious Kids' Museum encourages discovery, wonder and awe for children. This interactive, hands-on playground for the mind fulfills its educational leadership role by stimulating curiosity, awareness and life preparedness in the areas of science and technology, history and culture. Through its programs and exhibits, the Museum encourages people of all ages to explore the world around them in a unique and open-ended manner.

Curious Kids' Museum is proud to announce the opening of our 2nd location- the Curious Kids' Discovery Zone by Curious Kids' Museum!
We have permanent & traveling hands-on exhibits for toddlers-teens. This beach side setting is the perfect place to explore seven water exhibits, a climbing wall, virtual reality, walk on water exhibit, a pin wall and more! Grossology, The (Impolite) Science of the Human Body, sponsored by Lakeland Care, is our first traveling exhibit and will be at CKDZ though Labor Day weekend, 2010, educational exhibits and more! Curious Kids' Discovery Zone by Curious Kids' Museum is in addition to our current residence and is located directly below our current location in the new Silver Beach complex, 333 Broad St., St. Joseph, MI, along with the Silver Beach Carousel.

Open additional days during Spring Break & Christmas Break.
Closed all Major Holidays (Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Years Day) and 2 weeks for our annual Shutdown from September 7- 22, 2009. We also close from 1-3PM on the first Saturday of May for the area's annual Blossomtime Parade. We stamp hands for you to return to the Museum when we re-open at 3PM.
