Curious Kids’ Discovery Zone– Includes free admission for up to 2 parents or grandparents in the same household, (or legal guardians), all immediate children or grandchildren (under 18 years old) PLUS 2 permanent adults (over 18 years). If used for Grandparent membership, the membership must be in grandparents’ name. Valid only at Curious Kids’ Discovery Zone.

Benefactor- Membership to both museums (CKM & CKDZ) for up to 2 parents or grandparents in the same household, (or legal guardians), all immediate children or grandchildren (under 18 years old) PLUS 2 permanent adults (over 18 years). If used for Grandparent membership, the membership must be in grandparents’ name. Plus, you receive 50% off admissions for up to 6 people into 200 children’s museums that participate in the Association of Children’s Museums (ACM) reciprocal program nationwide, as long as one named adult cardholder is present. *Must show membership card and ID at participating museum. It’s easy! Just fill out and submit the form, then submit your payment online (you will need to manually enter the amount based on the membership level you choose). ***If completing form online, please allow 7 days for membership to be processed and entered into our system. If you require your membership immediately, please call Curious Kids’ Museum at 269-983-2543. Please note upon completion of your payment, you will receive a notice saying Thank You for your Contribution. We are aware it is for a membership.
Here are some helpful hints if you are purchasing a membership as a GIFT: please be sure to write Gift Certificate somewhere on the form. Also include who you would like the Gift Certificate TO (The Smith Family, Kyle & Katie, The Ross Children, etc.) AND who you would like it FROM (GamGam, Uncle Chip & Aunt Becky, Mom & Dad, etc.) AND the ADDRESS you where you would like the Gift Certificate packet mailed, as it may be different than the address listed for the family. If you would like the Gift Certificate mailed to you so you send it or give it directly to them, please provide your name and mailing address as the Gift Certificate address. You may write any of these additional notes anywhere, we recommend under one of the Children’s name boxes. Otherwise, membership will be mailed directly to the address listed and the membership will begin at that time. A Gift Certificate is good for one year, and once they redeem it, the membership is good for one year.
